The water was pretty dirty, I won’t lie. However, the service and experience was a 10/10! Great hosts/instructors. They super open and kind. The area was easy to navigate, but I wish a sign on the road leading to the location existedto make us more confident in where exactly the kayaking area was! Love the fact that when you start in the middle, you have 2 options as to which direction you want to head in. Peaceful time! Would definitely come back :)

Nice staff and good newer kayaks, but the water is the dirtiest most brown water I have ever boated in. Very shallow in certain spots.

I used them to supply kayaks for an event I organized for my meet-up group. Very convenient being right next to the Wallkill River. Chris at the rental helped everyone with their equipment, getting in & getting out. Thanks Chris! Great place to kayak with views of the Shawangunk Mountains.

Hi Jose, Thanks for contacting us! Yes, we have had children as young as 2 yrs old ride in our boats. The younger kids share a tandem with a parent and 7+ usually prefer a single kayak. The boats are very sturdy and easy to navigate. The water is a very slow flowing river(except post storm) which makes it a fun paddle for beginners and kids. We hope to see you on the river soon!!
