❤ Love their coffee!!! ☕ They have better Frappuccinos then anywhere else. Might be pricey but you get what you pay for which is worth 💯 it!!! Update I just added a macchiato but I did half of the apple and half of the pumpkin and I got an extra shot of expresso but I had to add extra syrup for the apple and extra syrup for the pumpkin because if you do an exercise of expresso it'll taste just like strong coffee and these are so good so I would suggest mixing the pumpkin with the Apple you will love it. So I'm adding another photo but this time instead of a macchiato I am doing half pumpkin half apple crisp Frappuccino and it's delicious. I went down from 5 to 4 stars because I sit in wait and line all that time and they could have had somebody out there letting people know that the app was down and they were only taking cash or credit card so I couldn't use my phone that has my credit card linked and I had enough points for a free drink and the line was long and I waited 10 minutes and there was no sign or anything outside which there could have been so I will make a complaint And it's not really so much against the store but they need to do something better put a board out there or a sign that way people won't sit in the drive-through if they only have their phones to pay. Basically at a busy time at 8 AM when everybody's going to work work to wait until people drive up to the speaker is not fair at all. Like I said they could have put a board out and rode on it that the app was down. Also they could come up with better ways like being able to enter our card number because other stores are able to enter a food stamp number or a debit card number but they can't enter the Starbucks card number.

I honestly try to avoid this location as much as possible the only reason for 2 stars is because of where it’s located. I went back for the first time in months and the service is still horrible & so is the coffee. It used to be so much better. If you really have to have Starbucks take the extra 10 minutes to go out to West Allis or Blumound Rd. Better service, better tasting coffee.

Went into Starbucks placed my order and tried telling the girl at the register that I had a coupon on the app( the entire time I placed my order she just acted rude)told her that when I hit redeem it sent me to the pastries menu she proceeded in saying “ just hit pay in store” so I chose a pastry and was sent to the check out part ( me thinking this is where I hit pay in store) so when I show her and ask where I hit the pay in store she said “ you’re trying to place an online order” I said “no I’m trying to use the coupon” she then said “ idk what you’re trying to do you’re confusing me “ so I just said forget it and handed her the money , she didn’t ask for my name ( like they usually do)or a receipt, handed me my change and walked off. Not mad or upset she was probably having a bad day but if you’re going to be at a register at least try and be nice to your customers.
