I was excited to see the menu it has a lot of items touted as made in house. I ordered the Hot Chicken from Doordash, no issues with that. The selling point for me was the in house made biscuits it came with. Unfortunately, the biscuits were not cooked through I was super disappointed. The Hot Chicken was tasty but it was similar to boneless buffalo wings in flavor except larger in size, my order contained no pickle so it was mostly large buffalo wings. I also ordered the pretzel which was good but the cheese sauce was very grainy like the instant cheese powder. Overall, I was excited by the menu but the execution just didn't hit the mark for me I would try it again maybe chalk it up to a new cook? The menu was promising but overall disappointing experience.

Great place for people who love craft beers. Huge selection and constantly rotating taps. The food, esp the small plates, are delicious. The staff is very friendly and even the owner stopped by to say hi. Oktoberfest is the bomb! Word of mouth referrals. While running errands in downtown Nashua, met a guy who saw a guy wearing lederhosen at 11 am! And so we ended up at The Flight Center for a great time!
