Absolutely awful store. The guy who owns it is a disgusting slob. I went in to the store out of curiosity after seeing the owner on My 600 lb life and all I can say is that he was cast for the wrong show....based on what I saw in this joke of a store, he should have been on hoarders. The store reeked of fast food odors, the product selection was mediocre at best and at the end of the day, the store is a total joke. Spend your money elsewhere and avoid wasting your time dealing with the slob of an owner...

The best part of this fun shop are the fellas who work there. Sure the shelves are packed with models and toys but the knowledge gleaned from the HH team was priceless. Justin went out of his way to search and locate a rare toy for us, answer our questions about the area, and give us a great sale price on our purchase! We were from out of the area and they were also very kind to guide us to some other local businesses and restaurants. You can bet we’ll go back next time we’re are in town. Thank you to Justin and team!

I haven’t been to the store in person, but have called and ordered items to be shipped. Customer service is the most important thing that a business can have and this shop definitely has it. The gentleman that I spoke with was friendly, helpful, informative, and generous. My items were promptly and professionally packaged and shipped arriving sooner than I had expected. Small businesses are the way to go. This business really can’t be beat, especially in the hobby industry the knowledge and personal touch is so very important, Hobby Haven gets it!
