The front desk staff went above and beyond trying to accommodate an early check-in for us. Offered us beverages while we waited, took our number to text us when room was ready, and when finding out housekeeping hadn't even started on our floor, they moved our rooms to a clean floor so we could get in early.

In a world where it seems many people have forgotten what great customer service is, the folks at the Hampton Inn and Suites GET IT!! I was warmly greeted by Arturo. He checked me in quickly, offered help with a couple of requests I had, and all in all, provided Five-Star service. My room was clean and spacious. Good availability of food and drinks on the premises (which is also lacking in many places nowadays). I will definitely be returning when I am back in town next month! And the month after that. Fantastic experience!

Nice room for the price. However we could not get the heat to work. We went dint to the front desk to ask for help twice and was told someone would come to our room to fix it and nobody came. Room was cold.
