Had the BEST experience with a bike rental today! Mino took care of our son’s busted up knee after a nasty fall along the river. Being from out of town, we were incredibly grateful for stellar customer service. Aside from the first aid, the rental experience was great and gave us an adventure we’ll never forget!

This was definitely one of the highlights of our Boston vacation. It is always so fun to be able to explore a new city on bikes. Our tour guides, Bob, Pell, and Ken were able to navigate our large tour group through the crowded Boston streets with expertise and humor. After the tour, they gave great recommends for lunch. The food from Paulie’s on Salem Street was out of this world! We would definitely recommend this to everyone heading to Boston.

Uncle Pell and Uncle Greg were our outstamding guides on this 10-mile tour of Boston. They were knowledgeable about the city and I felt very safe with them on the route through the city streets and paths. It was a gloomy wet day but we had a really great time. Anyone can do this bike tour, beginners and non-bicyclists included. It's a great way to see the city.

We rented a bike for the day and had an excellent time riding around the Boston area. The "City Bike" was excellent quality. They also were able to take our luggage for the day for a small fee which really helped us out. Looking forward to renting from here again the next time we're in Boston!
