Nothing but extremely positive experiences here. Have been using them intermittently for service over the past 4 years. Not only have I always received prompt, friendly, fairly priced service, but they’ve gone out of their way to get work done in time to work with my schedule and even let me wait out back in a beautiful garden while doing so. And if that wasn’t enough they have tightened my brakes and adjusted my gears (both sorely needed) without charge. Only bike shop I use in Boston. They are excellent.

My sons birthday was yesterday so I’ve been searching for the right bike for about a month, a few days before we went to this store. It’s close to my house. Looking around for about 10 mins none of the employees offered to help us. It seemed as if they were even trying to look away so we left. There were 3 employees at 3 different areas in the store, in a U shape that surrounds the store. I already knew what was happening. So why spend money there?

They did a great job helping me with my bicycle! They charge me very little to swap my tire for a used one that was in great condition. Everyone was helpful!

I brought an old bike and Fabian gave it back to me almost new! Changed Stem, fix gears, brakes. Everything! He is explains to you everything that needs to be fix and works right away. Amazing experience

HI David, Never heard of a 25 inch wheel/rim. But then again, it's probably just how you're measuring it. Anyway, the tire will usually have the size imprinted on it's side. Something like, 26x1.95 (North American), or 50-559 (ISO). They are the same size, just different naming for various countries. The ISO # is the best. If you have the rear tire, check for sizing there. If not, check your front tire. Contact us with any additional questions. Thanks, Rich

Hi Ada, I think we may have just spoken on the phone? To answer your question, we do not accept bicycles for rental. We do rent bicycles, but they are part of a fleet of identical models which makes them much easier to maintain on a regular basis.
If you can push the pin back in with a pair of pliers, if that doesnt work you may need to buy a new chain.
