What a discovery! I visited this outdoor, and indoor, shooting range with a good friend who's a member. The club is well maintained, it's safe and it's the perfect place to target shoot or sight in a rifle. They've got hundreds of acres so there's even hiking trails away from the live-fire ranges. I was so impressed with the facility, I decided to join myself. My son and daughter have visited with me twice and they love it. It's a great place for all ages. The signage to locate it is excellent. For me I just go north on I-93 and get off at exit 24. I then go south on old Route 3 to NH Route 175. You go about a mile and the signs are quite obvious. If you like guns, you're going to love the Pemigewasset Fish & Game Club!

Outdoor ranges are open from 8am until 1/2 hour after sunset. Indoor range closes at 9 pm.

Yes, usually sent out month or two before first of the year, for renewal anyway. I think you can print it off from website too.
