on multiple occasions it’s taken 30-40 plus minutes for simple orders. i understand that it gets very busy but where my issue falls is when you promise “ASAP 5-10 minute” service. it’s just sort of stupid to advertise that when it’s not the case.

Today I stopped in on my lunch break for food. The wait in line was a little excessive as it was mid day and only one cashier up front. Any way, I placed my order and as I waited for my to go order, my blood sugar dropped dangerously low and I became shaky. One employee, Sharon, immediately could tell something was wrong. She came over within seconds and asked if I was okay. I told her my blood sugar was low and she brought me out orange juice, free of charge. She made sure I improved and took it easy. The manager, Joe, also checked in on me. Please give these employees credit, where credit is due. Not only did you help me, but you helped my unborn baby as well. Thank you both so much!!!

Come on Panera…Got me again! I’m all about second chances even third chances but the District or Regional Manager needs to take action. Every time I go to this location my order is incorrect…every time. Ordered a Greek Salad no feta with some extras & the order was verified by AW & double checked by the young lady assembling my order. I politely asked to remake and the second time it was also made incorrectly. Disappointing to say the least spending my hard earned money. Clearly the children who work there can’t follow directions, can’t read or have memory issues. Or, maybe it’s the Manager him/herself who does no training or followup with the crew. 90% of an order is not correct. If you go to this establishment make sure to double check your order prior to leaving. Tried calling at 8pm to talk to the manager to let them know & couldn’t even come to the phone. $35 for two salads and soup. Unreal!

Panera Bread has delicious, fresh food. I ordered the pick 2 lunch special and it was delivered to my table. Delicious creamy tomato soup and the Asian chicken salad. Yum!
