If you are in the market for a new ford or volkswagon or a used car, i would recommend duane. I worked with him on and off for several years and he has the patience of job. He finally convinced me to special order, and he far exceeded my expectations. He also got me top dollar for my trade. It is nice to have best in industry customer service in such a competitive market. At no point did i feel pressured or rushed. I had an excellent experience at Romano Ford in Fayetteville with the purchase of my 2022 Ford Bronco. I made a deal for the special order of a Bronco Base in January ‘22 and it was delivered 3 months later. They honored the deal made. Negotiating the market for a Bronco is tough at the moment with chip shortages, but the sales guys were up front about the potential for delay and what I might do to mitigate those delays, as well as the price to be paid- MSRP. I wrapped up the deal with Jeff Noble. I lucked out getting the vehicle as early as I did, but some of that luck came with going with Romano.
