I agree with the last review from Sam. What a rude staff and I will never order flowers from them again. I had a similar experience last year ordering flowers for my aunt that is handicapped. She is older and can not come to the door as fast anymore and I told the staff that. The staff called me and told me that it was going to cost an extra $7 to deliver the flowers again. They said where my aunt lived is far and out of the area, which is not true. I live out of state, but I have been to Lowville many times and I know where the shop is and where my aunt lives and it’s not far. Horrible, despicable people that are heartless. Very sad.

This was my first time using Sunnycrest. My sister is in the Lowville nursing home and was going to celebrate her 85th Birthday. When I called everyone there was so nice and helpful such a nice experience. Lina (hope I have her name right) went above and beyond though. The hospital told me my sister could not have her flowers. This was heartbreaking. My sister has not been allowed visits since mid March. I wanted my sister to have something special to know how much she is loved and missed. I called Sunnycrest in tears. They told me they would contact the hospital. They took the time and made everything right. When I called my sister back she had her flowers. She told me they were beautiful and she was so happy. Thank you so much Lina for making an 85th Birthday special. I would recommend you and will order again! Thank you! Blessings~

Very disappointed in them. Their arrangements always look nice but the service was incredibly rude. I placed an order and was just so mad about how they acted that I called back within 10 minutes and cancelled my order. I'm glad that I went with Lisk's instead.

I called on short notice to send flowers to the funeral home. I could not be more pleased w the customer service and the beautiful arrangement. It was absolutely perfect! I cannot stress enough how great of a job Sunnycrest Flowers did today!!
