I have visited this place multiple times each time I had to jump through hoops to receive treatment. Multiple phone calls, voice mails, and no return calls. Amanda dose a amazing massage. Witch makes it hard to not go back due to lack and communication of the staff. Unfortunately due to lack of answering the phone or having a online booking option. I do not see me giving this salon business in the future.

I made an appointment for a gel manicure and a gel pedicure for 10 am on Thursday of last week. I got there about five minutes early, and there was a sign at the check in desk telling customers to seat themselves if they have an appointment. I thought that was kind of unwelcoming and strange especially for such a nice looking spa (on the inside). So I sat there, and it got to about 10 minutes after. I texted her and asked if I was supposed to text her when I got there because there was no way for me to check in. She didn’t respond, so I then flagged down a hair stylist to ask her if the nail person was here. I didn’t know at that point if she was with another customer, or if she had forgotten about the appointment altogether. I don’t mind at all if an appointment that came before me is running over. I’ll gladly wait. But with no receptionist or means of checking in, I didn’t know what was going on. I was seated around 10:20. The pedicure was very nice. The gel manicure was fine at first. By Friday (the next day) at noon the gel on my left middle finger was lifting already. I texted her at 2 pm to ask if she was willing to repair the lifting gel. By Friday evening the gel on more fingers had started lifting and she hadn’t texted me back, so I decided to take it all off. At first I figured that she hadn’t texted me back because she could’ve gone on vacation or was out of the area for the weekend, which is totally normal for this time of year. However it’s now 5:30 on Monday and I still haven’t received a text back. Maybe she had a family emergency or something, idk. I really wanted to like this place because of the many great reviews but I’m just really disappointed. I wasn’t short or unpleasant with her about being seen 20 minutes after my appointment time, and I left her a $20 tip on top of it. I’ve been looking for a place closer to me than Watertown to get my nails done, but it looks like I’ll be making that drive to Watertown again!

I had a deep tissue massage with Amanda and had a great experience. The prices are extremely reasonable and the atmosphere is cozy and inviting. I’ll definitely go back when I’m in the area again.
