Really clean salon. Always super fast and the nails techs are very nice. It’s also conveniently located next to target, which helps me run errands and get my nails done while I leave my newborn home with my husband. My only complaint is that you can only make an appointment by phone, whereas I wish you could make one online and see their availability.

I’m an honest reviewer and I can honestly say it was just alright. Nothing special and honestly not the best service. The massage chairs are nice and the guy at the front is very nice too, but unfortunately I just felt rushed so that my nail lady could get the next client. It made me feel like it was just all about money and getting as many clients as possible. I did a $52 pedicure and she sped right through it all and because I work a lot with my hands I don’t do manicures but I asked how much it would be to just cut my cuticles (no color or filing or anything, just cleaning my cuticles) and she said $18 (every other place charges only $5 for cuticle cutting) and I looked on their pricing menu and $18 is for a basic manicure with color and all which is why I didn’t want. The moment she finished painting my toes she said okay follow me and rushed me to pay. I don’t know it was just all uncomfortable unfortunately, but if you like decent work then it’s the place for you. UPDATE, tried this place again and they didn’t take me an hour before closing because they didn’t want to risk staying later. UPDATE 2: gave it one last try but I’m officially done, I left an hour ago and my cuticles are horrible and nails not filed. This is awful

The worst nail experience ever!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE!!!! I have been getting my nails done for years, and this has been the worst experience ever. The nail tech Holly was terrible she messed up my nails. I showed her a photo of the nails I wanted and the shape and explained what I wanted. She made my nails different lengths and the ugliest shape. I even expressed to her the shape I wanted and showed her multiple reference photos just in case, when she was doing them and she just didn’t care, she made them extremely pointy when I said round, they were all different lengths and uneven. While even doing it she made 2 of my nails bleed and two of my nails felt extremely hot which made me worry she brushed it off as if it was a joke. She was rude and didn’t even care to take into consideration my requests instead she started raising her voice and refused to do anything about it. The rest of the staff were just as bad, they claimed “they didn’t have anyone else to fix my nails”. She wasted my time do not go!!! Now my natural nails are ruined and I have to go to another salon to try to fix this disaster.

I waited to review this nail salon until I had been here at least twice. Today was my second time and I am completely satisfied with my experience. My nail tech Anna is amazing. She takes her time, she listens - I am a Diabetic and have very sensitive feet - and I am very happy with her work. So far I've done a gel manicure and regular pedicure both times and the polish lasts for at least three weeks. Better yet, I get compliments all the time!
