This hotel leads the Watertown community in excellent customer service. I come to Watertown, NY every year for 2 weeks at a time and have had the opportunity to stay at various hotels. This year the Holiday Inn exceeded my expectations. The staff was accommodating and so pleasant. In addition, this is possibly the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The breakfast was fresh, hot and plentiful. There was good food variety day to day. Only the orange juice was ever in short supply. House keeping was efficient and thorough. I would highly recommend this hotel for an extended stay or a quick overnight trip.

We stayed 2 nights. Comfy beds great breakfast. I had requested 1st floor because of my mobility issue when I first booked. Upon arriving I again requested main floor because stairs are difficult if fire or any issue. And I was refused. Very disappointing and there was a lack of concern on the her part for that. Many hotels in the area too pick from. The rest of the employees were wonderful happy and very pleasant.

This is our favourite Holiday Inn and we stay in as many as we can. The staff are wonderful . The rooms are clean comfortable and spacious. The breakfast is excellent . Location is perfect for shopping and restaurants.

After I had booked my stay, I had called the hotel directly and asked if I was able to check in early as I was driving about 2 hours after working a midnight shift and would be there well before the 4pm check in time. They couldn’t guarantee it, as it had depended on the night before. Totally understandable, but, they would see what they could do. As I was sitting at breakfast after getting into town, I was surprised to receive an email that my room was ready. They made it so easy by allowing me to check in online and only having to stop at the desk for my keys. All of the staff that I had met in passing were very polite, and really made me feel like I had seen them day in and day out. My room was very clean, and extremely comfortable. I can’t wait to see everyone again in a couple of weeks!
