Server gave ketchup with mac and cheese for my kid after making us wait a long time. Then we waited over 20 minutes for the check to come back after they took the credit card. I also heard people sending food back while we had the misfortune of waiting so long. This was my first time at an Applebee’s in 10 years and looks like I won’t ever go back. Usually I tip big even when service is average. I understand teens work hard but this was ridiculous. Horrible experience.

I ordered a shrimp tex mex bowl and they brought me a chicken bowl. I told the server it was wrong and instead of bringing the right thing she brought a bowl of shrimp to the table and charged $7 for it. Ridiculous. Also took a while to get service. Turns out the waiter for our section didn’t show up for work and it took them a while to figure it out.

We ordered pickup and received a text to let the restaurant know when we were outside. I did and no one came out for a few minutes. My husband went intlside, the person who was giving him the order couldn't find the order. After ordering a chicken tender platter getting the order and getting home my husband got a fried chicken breast cut into pieces.... I emailed them and still no response..
