Morgan is a sweetheart to interact with first thing in the morning. The other staff were were awesome as well. Sarah is a delight and even when I had a bad experience and didn't want to talk about it she was calm, patient and a comfort to talk to. Sarah and the bartender Chrissy were the only reason why I remained in the bar/restaurant area. And I thank them for this because the food was excellent, I was able to meet my new Canadian friend Mike.........and to top it off Chrissy makes a mean Gin & Tonic, and my all time favorite Dark & Stormy. I wish I could have done more for them. They are awesome!!!!!!

If I could rate this place I would rate a zero. Based on the following; extra long wait times for everything to include water. Food was the wrong kind of pasta that was on the menu and was not told to us. Food was hot and taste okay. Again, extra long waiting for the food and drinks. Overall, friendly staff.

I think it's great that you can have such a nice dinner in Watertown! The whole experience felt upscale, from the greeting to the service to the ambiance and the quality of the food. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful setting, beautiful table placement and food display. The service was lovely between the chefs and the servers. The food was delicious. Served to order just to perfection. I would highly recommend everyone to come to the Grille.
