I must say I love this location. Lee and Jen does a very good job with appointments and crowd control. They are attentive to your nail needs and check in periodically to see if you are cool with the wait times. The daughter got her a full set today and was pleased with the outcome. I just had mine done by Cam who is a new nail technician from North Carolina. He was interactive and quite entertaining during my last visit here. We arrived early and daughter was immediately taken care of and out in an hour. Check them out. If you want Lee or Jen scheduling an appointment is ideal.

This has been my salon for the past 2 yrs. Found Jennifer the owner on IG. Jennifer is my nail tech. She is amazing and so sweet! I can always count on her to do a great job every single time. Everyone does good work and all are very friendly. Love this salon!

My review is based on 3 separate visits. I was recommended this salon by a friend. I’ve been to several nail salons in the Tampa Bay Area. The following categories is what I look for in a nail salon: Timeliness: 0/5 - they do not honor appointments. All 3 times I scheduled an appointment. A Friday 5pm appt, a Friday 5:30pm appt and a Sat 9:30am appt (before their listed open time). And all 3 appts, they started my nails from 30 mins to an hour 30 mins after our scheduled time. It seems that if u walk in, they will take u even if their appointment is waiting. Cleanliness: 1/5 - they are not that clean. Their definition of clean is using the plastic cover on the pedicure chairs and that’s it. The woman who did my pedicure didn’t even wear gloves. At the nail desk, they use the same towel filled with nail clippings and shavings from the person before for u to rest ur hands on. They use the same files/tools which w/o sanitizing them between customers. It’s gross. Design: 4/5 - they are really good with nail art and designs. The nail technicians are very artistic and can give u exactly what u want from any picture. But don’t expect your full set to last 4 weeks. Customer Service: 0/5 - Don’t expect chit chat or small talk with ur nail tech. If u try to make small talk, you’ll get one word answers. It seems like they are hyper focused into the service so that they can get to the next person. Don’t expect to be offered water or listen to relaxing music or watch a tv. They offer none of the above. Everyone seems to bring their headphones. Price: 3/5 - it’s not the most expensive nail salon I’ve been to but it’s definitely not the cheapest. Pedicures start at $40. Full Set starts at $55. Fill starts at $28. This is all w/o tip. Overall experience: 3 stars. If you are looking for somewhere that does really good designs at a mid-tier cost without any fluff, this may be the place for you. This is the type of place that will funnel as many people as possible thru it’s doors everyday at the expense of customer experience. I think the price is too high for the excessive wait times and uncleanliness. This place has become a last resort, no other options, last minute place for me.

My daughter brought me here to get my nails done for Mother's Day. I love my nails. Jennifer is talented and creative. She did an Amazing job. I'll definitely be back. The Salon was very clean. The staion has a plastic divider. Masks were worn. Everyone was friendly. If you want Fabulous nails this is the place to go!
