Bought my solar and back up battery from Nexus in October 2020; had installation issues from the get go (installers put a hole in my roof which caused a portion of my bedroom ceiling to collapse when it rained and when I discovered company overcharged me $1300, it was quite a challenge getting that money returned to me) and hoped I was done with them until today I receive a surprise $847 PGE bill (Apr. 2022) - normal bill is $10/month with $500 true up due in November. Called PGE and was told this was due to Nexus not filing the appropriate paperwork in October 2020 showing I had a battery with my solar system and instead filed it in January 2022 causing a new contract which caused a new true up date and true up amount that is now due in May. PGE said it's due to Nexus' delay (I say negligence) in submitting the battery paperwork and suggested I take this issue up with them. Considering my experience with Nexus customer service, rather LACK of customer service, I feel this is pointless and instead, am letting the world know to stay away from Nexus Energy Systems. They were great courting me for a $75K solar system & backup battery but once they got my money, that attention ended. My emails go unanswered, my registered letters do not get acknowledged, my voicemail messages get ignored. I have nothing good to say about this experience or this company and rue the day I went solar with Nexus Energy Systems.

We had been considering solar for quite a while and finally decided to take the leap. We went with Bay Sun Solar because of their excellent reviews, warranty and the fact that the company has been in business for so long. The installers were on time, friendly and efficient. They did accidentally damage a screen on one of our windows but had it replaced and back to new within a couple hours. We are excited to now be producing our own power! We would definitely recommend Bay Sun Solar for your solar project!

I cannot say enough good things about this company, not only were they true to their word (and I mean on everything they said), their customer service is off the charts - they took care of everything, made sure not to disturb us if unnecessary and worked with us on schedule and time. Installation took only one day to install the panels and another day for the electrical connection (total 2 days) and the installation is clean and professional. To me, the most important was the question of numbers ($) to see if it was worth it. The quick answer is yes. Big thanks to Stephanie for doing a great presentation and being honest and true to her word and big thanks to Linda for awesome customer service. And a big thank you of course for the rest of the team.

The Nexus Energy Systems team (sales, project management, installers, management) are fabulous! We've had great experiences with them, they go above and beyond. They installed our system about a year ago, and when we got our electric car we had them come back and upgraded our system to give us extra capacity. At every step of the way, from sales to post-customer support, the Nexus team has always been pleasant, prompt with their replies, on-time with delivery, on-budget, explained everything and answered all our questions. I highly recommend them!

First let me tell you that h&r block is a horrible service if you don't have it they don't tell you - you need it.. I went to them the first year that we bought our house because we thought we needed a professional we would have been better off using TurboTax.. on to your question contact Nexus energy and they can give you a copy of your purchase statement and contract. I actually contacted the gentleman who sold us the system and he emailed us over a PDF and we downloaded and printed our self not only for taxes but to have a hard copy for ourselves.
Unfortunately, I don't know what the cost of a solar panel is. I ended up with 18 panels for my purchase and cost me about $22,000.
That's correct the loan is transferrable to the new party buying your house. Please ask the previous homeowner for the finance company they are paying. If you cannot get the info, please call Nexus and we can provide the phone number for the loan company
