Nothing but positive to say about the location at Krates at The Grove - I took my iPhone there recently for a broken screen replacement. I also had an issue with a stuck sim-card in my iPad. Joe was able to remove the sim card and fixed my broken screen in less than an hour. This will be my go-to place for any gadget repairs moving forward, and I would certainly recommend them for you as well.

I recently had my laptop fixed from here. Dropped it off on a Monday, got a text about what needed to be fixed 2 days later, and my computer was ready the following Tuesday. I dropped my 17” laptop, so I couldn’t close it because there was a crack under the screen. It still worked normal but whenever I picked it up the crack got worst. I paid about $180 for new hinges and a new back cover. They cleaned the entire computer as well. I’m very satisfied and I will recommend this place. Very friendly staff. No lines. Definitely could have took it somewhere else for cheaper, but didn’t have the time.

I had the worse experience on a telephone conversation when the tech got on the phone, I started to ask him a question & he rudely interrupted me telling me no no we don’t do it & hung up phone never allowing to explain what needed to be done.. If he’s or she is treating ppl very rudely one can only image the type of service he or she is really providing when fixing your electronics meaning they don’t handle with care.!! I’m pretty sure he or she is not certify to fix any electronic so I won’t trust his service.!! This guy is a fraud don’t take your electronic to them.!!!

Don't ever take anything to this repair shop. They took advantage of my son a hard-working college student. They did just enough to keep his laptop working for him to get back to school and it stop working again charged him all for $350 and now they're telling him it's something else. The staff is rude and disrespectful. I asked for the owner to call me and the store worker said I don't know when he is available. I hope they know I am a persistent mom and it will not stop here I will continue to post and file complaints until they make this right. Very Dissatisfied Customer !!
