We order often and usually have a good experience. This time the meat lasagna was like one layer. It tasted good, but was not at all what we expect. When I called to talk to the manager, he was polite but said I had to bring back the food to get my money back. I'm not making a second trip, spending my time and money to get a refund for poor product.

Good Afternoon! Its beautiful out! I had to hop on here and say how much i appreciate the people at Il Paradiso in Ellenville. I ordered a pizza, a cannoli, and pepsi while at work and had it delivered to my job and i did the tip and paid over the phone and when my pizza arrived not only did i receive my food but i was also greeted with gifts. Garlic knots with sauce, and an extra cannoli. What stuck out most was the wonderful, sweet note that was left for me during a dark time in life and it said "Little extra stuff for being a good person...And for being stuck in that tower. -Il Paradiso" i will forever recommend this restaurant whenever im asked for a place to eat. Il Paradiso is the best. Thank you for your wonderful, sweet, kind, and valuable service!! You've made my month!!
