Extremely dissatisfied. My cleaning lasted approximately 15 minutes. How is that even possible to be in and out for a cleaning service in 15 minutes? I’ll tell you how…when it’s not done properly. The fact that the hygienist did not even know how to floss properly is extremely scary. I have been to both locations, since my first few visits were also a similar experience, to see if maybe it was just the northeast location. It is apparent that neither location adequately trains their hygienists. My husband and mother have also had the same poor experience here as well. We have all given them multiple chances but unfortunately each experience was the same. I am not sure how there are so many positive ratings, but I can assure you there are better dentists around. I only switched here because my original dentist I had been to for years is was out of network for my current insurance. The services provided at my old dentist FARRRRR outweighed my (and my whole family’s) experience. Look elsewhere!

What a great office so efficient! I have been going here for a few years and have never been disappointed. I needed a cleaning and they are booked out but they put on a call list and got me in a lot sooner! Tiffany did my cleaning and she is amazing. Really nice and did a great job! I recommend this office to everyone.

Best dental appointment I’ve had - ever! Super friendly staff. Extremely clean environment. The tech was super nice and constantly checked in the make sure I was comfortable. The dentist was excellent as well. Answered all questions I had.

I've been going to Klement Family Dental for three years and they have been the most wonderful caregiver I've ever entrusted. The office is gorgeous, clean, comfortable, and ultimately is a great atmosphere. It is worth the commute whether near it far. The staff is beyond respectful and accommodating to every need you have. The receptionists in the lobby are so patient and kind. You cannot go wrong here! Suitable care for your entire family and the best on the market for certain!
