We have the dwarf standard head papyrus, and the dwarf Egyptian papyrus, but the tall versions of the papyrus are difficult to get here in Florida
They sell a large variety of stones. They may have cobblestones but since I wasn't looking for them I didn't see them. I can't comment on the prices since I only know the price for what I bought.
They have plants for ponds. I have not looked for Lilly Pads specifically.
