I can’t comment on the quality of the work because the guy was so condescending on the phone that I couldn’t even get past that. I almost still have him my business. But he was blatantly acting like I was stupid for asking a question. I was still nothing but polite in return. Ended up taking my business to a shoe repair place in East Lake.

Speedy and quality work at fair prices. The gentleman, who I can only assume is also the owner, is professional and courteous. He fixed the heels on two pair of pumps for me and the strap on one of them as well. We're actually headed back soon with a pair of my boyfriends shoes that are in need of repair.

It depends on the type of shoe, around $30 to$60 .The only way to tell is seeing the shoe.

Not a good idea as the shoes are made to be that high.
My turn around time is about 2-3 days.
I would be happy to look at it , but a seamstress may be more suited for the job.
