I had a perm appointment, none of the stylists cared to check what I was at the salon for and allowed me to sit waiting 45 mins in the lobby with the assumption that I was in for a cut, don’t recommend Kristina.

My first time at this location. I waited a short time and was greeted by a very nice stylist who in invited to me to sit in her chair. She asked me the usual questions about how I'd like my hair cut and did a very nice job. I didn't have a appointment and was very pleased. I will go back.

45 minute wait for 5 minute beard trim! Girl was good, professional and did a nice job but very long wait for such a short service.. Poor girl was by herself with 5 more customers following me.. Fantastic Sams has been wildly erratic in service and wait times, actual knowledge fine and prices about the same as others. If not for a trip planned I would have left
