I’ve been to countless gun shops throughout my life and I can honestly say High Noon on Bee Ridge Rd in Sarasota is by far my favorite! Mainly because of one of their managers/employees, McKinley who is the most knowledgeable, experienced, and informative person Ive met in the firearms industry. He is easy to approach, talk to, and engage in any type of conversation which is usually the opposite of what Ive experienced in the past. Couple that with the “customers are family” feeling and environment he and the other employees create has not only made me a lifetime customer it has made anyone I refer here one as well. Spur of the moment gun purchase proves a big mistake on my part. I purchased a .38 revolver at the Bradenton store after the salesman said he could knock of $50. Turns out the shop charged me $100 over MSRP. Went back to see if maybe they made an error. Nope. Anyway, live and learn and share your unfortunate experience with others before they are also taken advantage of. There are plenty of honest shops around that I can do business with and I’d encourage others to do the same. I gave them the opportunity to make it right and they chose not to. “One and done” is a better name for this shop. Seems owner only responds to a good review. Remember, If people are satisfied the rarely tell anyone....

This shop is by far my favorite shop. I make it a point to deal with Mckinley whenever i go. Very knowledgeable, and if they dont have it in stock-he can get it. Hes never done me wrong and has always been a pleasure to do business with. Ive dealt with one of the owners (John) on a handful of occasions and he was pleasant as well. The range is clean, the shop is in order and truly have nothing bad to say about any of my experiences with High Noon. Thank you guys for continuing to provide honest and excellent customer service.

Those guys can get you about anything you need or want. I've never left the store disappointed. Just the other day I got an old Remington 03-A3 in excellent condition and at a fair price. Great store.
