In July I contacted D&D to replace a garage door panel with windows with one without windows to satisfy a insurance requirement. My first appointment was cancelled by D&D and rescheduled three days later. When the service man arrived he made not of garage door manufacture and took pictures of the door. When he left he told me someone would get back with me in a day or two but if I haven't heard anything in two days call the office. Three days later I contacted the office and left a message, no response. Called next three days and left message, no response. Sent email, no response as of 8/14 no response. Guess they don't need the business. Won't get any from me.

Chris came today on time with the parts needed and greeted me at the door on time to do the work. the job was performed in a reasonable time and Chris did an excellent job. Thanks Chris and D & D for a job well done !!!

I have never ever dealt with such rude & ignorant office personnel in my life. Very certain they don't understand the concept of customer service. They finally came out and did the necessary repairs. They did a great job. So after further review, they earned my 5 stars. Thank you D & D Garage.

Robin Wylie was awesome, he came out to adjust springs and did much more. He silicone sprayed everything adjusted J link that was not installed correctly. He swapped top rollers that were not installed correctly. Tightened the Chain and correctly set door all adjustments!

Good morning Terry Gargano, We looked up your account, and you are correct that we made 3 different trips out to your house. We sent some of our most experienced techs to your house to find out what the problem was. Our tech found out that your operator didn't have enough power anymore to move the door. Your operator is an older Genie model that was not fixable. We offered you a new operator; however, you didn't want to spend the money to get a new one. We are sorry to hear you had a bad experience, and we did try to fix the older operator unit that you have, but it just wasn't enough.
