First, I would like to say that I would recommend no one to do any business with this RV dealership here in Lakeland, Florida. First of all, I purchased this RV on 1021 of 21 and the day one after bring it at home. I noticed there was a hole in the front shade and a dent in the refrigerator. So on 10221 I took the RV back to the dealer to show them the damages and they said they would order the parts and have them replaced and it would take 6 to 8 weeks and they would notify me after too much went by after receiving no call from them. I went back down there and they told me oh they found out it will not be covered under the warranty. So on or about April the 22nd I decided to cancel the extended warranty that I had purchased on this RV and I was giving a quote of $4, 050.20 would be refunded or credited into my financial account at the bank at Huntington. After waiting 3 months I finally got a refund $400 and 20 some dollars less than what they had quoted me

I had my Sol Horizon serviced and Matt did an outstanding job of going through my list. Overall, the Intech camper is a quality product, and the issues with it were ones that could be easily fixed. I'm confident I'll have many years of enjoyment ahead of me. Thanks, Gerzeny!!

Purchasing my new InTech Flyer from Gerzeny's was such a wonderful experience. Michael was great and really attentive to our needs. Lisa was so easy to work with in finance and was very helpful. I picked up my brand new Retro 135 today. My entire experience from start to finish was great from Dave Shepherd my sales guy to Lisa who helped with all the financing. I especially want to give a huge shout out to Scott the tech who spent pretty much all day yesterday getting her ready to bring home working through hitch issues and making sure I was comfortable with how everything worked.
