I just purchased a 2019 Pivot Mach 5.5 XO1 build from Kris at Bike Works. I live across the country in Vermont and a purchase like this can definitely make you hesitant. Kris was super knowledgeable and offered many good opinions when we discussed bikes. His communication was great and there was never any pressure on his end. I decided to pull the trigger after talking over the phone a few times, trading text messages and checking out his website. Kris sent me multiple photos of the bike at his shop, sent me photos of the bike boxed up with the shipping label/tracking number and just made everything really easy. The bike arrived today and I was really impressed with how everything was packaged. You can tell there was care taken when the bike was disassembled and prepared for shipping. Really well done. Overall I had a great experience working with Kris. From start to finish it was A+ and I couldn’t have asked for a better transaction. Thanks Kris, I appreciate it.

Great shop, very well stocked. Chris was very helpful and set me up with a great deal on a new Stump Jumper expert. I have been back a few times to buy additional parts and accessories and will continue to do so. I drive from the East Bay and it's well worth it!
