I had made an appointment for a new passport yesterday and was told to come today. As it turns out the supervisor came out and told me they are booked and told me to leave. He was rude and abrupt. He did not even want to listen to me as I was trying to explain the lady working in the front made the appointment with me. He is very unprofessional and disrepctful. I will be in contact with his supervisor today.

This post office branch is one of the best in the Tampa Bay area. The service was quick with virtually no wait time for service. The counter staff is knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend going here for postal needs.
