I have been taking my care to this shop for over 5 yrs and every time I do, it is quick, clean and no hassel. The men that work there are always polite and, Kind, For example today there was a young lady in the shop Amy is a new car owner ( we talked while we were waiting lol) and this was her First time doing inspection for her car, there was an issue with her tires and Pete, worked his magic and got a price for her that worked in her budget. Most car places will not do that. On my acct I have mobility issues and I am a big girl, they have no problems with me bringing in my own chair and If I need help they are all wonderful. This is why I will continue to go to this Mavis.

I've taken my car to the South Utica Mavis Discount Tire location many times for services. The manager and service technicians have always been very professional and friendly. They will contact you before they perform any additional services that your car may need. They are upfront about the costs. If I had a service completed and for some reason I still had some concerns; they would say, 'bring it back and let us check it out' without hesitations. I would recommend Mavis at this location to my friends and family! Thanks to Pete, Neil, Shawn and the rest of the team! Good job guys.

The guys were very quick and took care of the issue I had with my truck right away. They even found a way to repair it when the wrong part was delivered. Definitely recommend these guys, they saved me a lot on a job that could’ve been a much bigger hit to our pockets. Every time I come to Mavis I get straight honesty and no BS service. They tell me what's wrong they don't sugarcoat anything and if they have coupons to help you get a little bit of a discount or some sort of a discount they will give them to you. They're very personable and respectful. And as always a good conversation with the management. I always leave Mavis knowing that my car has been well maintained by them.
