I've stopped in here several times in the past year. Builders Surplus regularly carries used and new building and home improvement supplies, such as 2 x 4s, windows for manufactured and mobile homes, interior and exterior doors (some in frames), pipe, kitchen and bathroom sinks and commodes, shower stalls and tubs, siding, chipboard, faucets, sheet vinyl and carpet, tiles, decking, and much more. Wear flat closed toed shoes when walking around as things are generally haphazardly placed and require stepping over and around, and there is lots of broken glass on the ground. If you are willing to spend a lot of time exploring to see if something that might meet your needs can be found, you can save quite a bit on its purchase. This is not a place for those customers with mobility issues, high heels, and/or desiring to be waited on. But bargains can be found if you enjoy treasure hunting. They are closed Sundays and Mondays, as well as other days (which they notify customers of by spray painting the closure info on plywood at the entrance).

Yes we carry a 27x54 tub all fiberglass. Normally everything you need to remodel a bathroom we keep in stock

Chances are they do however you can call them at anytime and ask of its available. We have always had success with just calling them directly. Great company, great employees we use them often. And we use them for all home needs not just mobiles.

Doors vary, but start at about $30 depending on size and quality a well as if they have glass or aluminum or steel. There are just too many options to try to give you an accurate price.

Yes we do carry vinyl skirting and a rock type skirting. Most of our skirting we order in brand new
Yes he can put a bigger tub in, if they brace the floor but we do not carry left over materials from contractors jobs we never have. We get most of our materials from mobile home manufacturers when its damaged or scratched or dented and they cant put it on a brand new mobile.
We dont carry stuff from contractors left overs, we never have. We only have PT 5/8" plywood atm. But we havent been carrying plywood because of the price for us to buy. It's to expensive. But we do carry 3/4" 4x8 osb

If i'm not mistaken, you haven't gone far enough down broad street. The GPS doesn't take you to the actual business. It's hard to miss when you get to it. There will be a big fence/ gate on the front, and a sign. We did the same thing when we first went. It brought us down broad. The GPS said we were there, but it wasn't correct. Stopped at that gas station, and they told us to keep going and it would be down about half a mile to a mile on the left. Sorry I can't give you better directions, bjt keep going a bit farther, and you should see it.
they have both interior and exterior doors if thay do not have your exact size thay can order it for you. A wood door exterior door that is standard hight 80 inches can be cut down to yoursize

Yes and on top of their already huge inventory they always get differnt truckloads of new stuff all the time some are closeouts some are overstocks and others are loads that have small infractions on things just got to check it out frequently as their inventory changes often
Actually it's not used lumber if it were they would have holes in them or busted on the ends. We get overage stock from the mobile home manufacturers.
Builders Surplus is definitely a place to ask them what you need. If they don't have it, they'll let you know where it's available.
Builders surplus usually has everything and then some at very discounted prices. If you call them they will make sure they have it in stockings price it for you and usually will hold an item for you til you get there
