I could not be happier with my experience at the Brooksville Fl location. This is my first time renting a unit and I was entirely unaware of what to expect. However, the renting and leasing process was easy. Once I got to the location for the first time, the on-site manager, Christine, was great and reassuring in getting me to my unit. She made the moving-in process incredibly simple. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for a trustworthy, user-friendly experience with storage.

When we first picked this storage company, it was a family run business. Everyone was friendly. The units were clean. Easy to access. Staff always available to answer phone or on site. The only complaints was that we were unloading a uhaul to a unit as we moved from out of state and there were no trash cans or restrooms available, due to covid. That was ridiculous. New owners took over this year. The place remains clean. I recommend it for those reasons. We are almost done with our unit. However, it is almost impossible to get in touch with a human. Everything is online or phone automated. The price increased just a few dollars per month.
