Small parking area, no bathrooms, 20-minute walk to the top where the fire tower is. No wildlife as in birds or deer or squirrels is seen. But lots of people walking their dogs and a great view.

A great view of the area with the fire tower, but beware of windy days as it can be pretty open to the elements. Crowds can also be higher in the fire tower trail, overall the trail to it is easy to walk and is wide. The other hiking trails have significantly less people with a dense amount of marked trails to enjoy.

Decent place for walk in the woods, often uncrowded. Dogs can run off leash.

Great spot to hike to the fire tower! Uphill about 15-20 minutes on a stone road. NOTE: if going to tower-when you park dont go left, basically continue on the road you drove up on but walking past the gate.

Yes, see https://www.dec.ny.gov/lands/34773.html in particular " There are no designated campsites; however at-large backcountry camping is allowed. Campsites must be at least 150 feet away from the nearest road, trail, or body of water. Camping for more than three nights or in groups of ten or more requires a permit from a Forest Ranger."
There aren't any official camp sites in the park.
Yes, there are frequently bikers there and many trails to explore. One word of caution, hunting is allowed there fall through spring so wear bright colors.
There is more than one option as to what trail you can take to the fire tower . There is the dirt road that is the shortest option and widest path up. There is a true hiking trail that in some spots can be a bit over grown so proper tick prevention is a must. The true hiking trail is by far the most shaded with the road having some open full sun areas.
