My experience with Mavis of Carmel has always been excellent. My most recent visit I dealt with Joey Capogrosso and his customer service was beyond what I could have expected. I will always recommend Mavis of Carmel to all of my friends and family who are looking for a place to service their car.

Excellent service and communication. I brought my 2018 Subaru in for tires and brakes. They put me in the right tire for my needs and got the work done quickly and communicated anything that came up. Car drives much better and is safe for my family. In addition I had a dented side panel and while doing the scheduled work they realized it could be put back into place. Amazing!!!! Going above and beyond is rare these days but Mavis knocked it out of the park. Thanks to Joey, Eric and the entire staff.

I went in for two new front tires, a balancing and an alignment! I went in on a Friday. Unfortunately they did not have the tires in stock, they told me that they could have them in by Saturday ~3pm. Saturday rolls around and I had to call them, but sure enough the tires were there. I spoke to Omy and he provided fantastic customer service! I unfortunately couldn’t drop my car off that day but I came in on Sunday! And they were able to perform the service and finish that day. Very satisfied with my visit, would recommend!
