Been here about 3months. It's very quiet. I can lay down an take a nap at anytime of the day and fall to sleep because it's quiet. They feed us 3 cooked meals a day. Free cable tv. I enjoy it. Plus they make sure your rooms are looked after every week if you like. The office people work hard . .

I truly love working here at Osprey Manor. I love the interaction with the residents when they see me at my window at the front desk. I look forward to seeing them every day and coming in to work. Lots of laughs. Great teamwork with my coworkers. I feel blessed to be the Business Office Manager.

The current managerial staff is not very helpful concerning residents with mental health disorders. It appears that they find them as an inconvenience to their facility. Residents who usually look for stability in their lives, by having a stable living space due to their diagnosis, are walking around on eggshells. They are seeing other residents with similar diagnosis's being targeted and/or evicted. This is highly troublesome because residents are issued vague eviction letters with no recollection of past infractions and/or no previous letters of consultation about said infractions. There is no recompense and/or no further assistance of any kind for re-settlement for this vulnerable population of residents. Some of these tenants whom are being evicted have a long history with this facility. The current managerial staff would benefit from training that instructs them on how to deal with aging tenants diagnosed with various mental disorders.
