The are is nice and the parks are nice but they allow the volunteers to keep their dogs off leash outside the fenced in part and were barking at my dogs. I couldn't get my dogs out of the park without yelling for him to leash his dogs. He gave me attitude when I did.

Moved to Ohio but Riley and I will definitely miss this place... what an amazing park.

Best dog park in our area! Lots of open space for dogs to run and play. 3 different sections, one for large dogs, agility training, and one for small dogs. Very well kept by volunteers. It is our pups favorite place to be!

No fee charged
Unfortunately, not yet. There is currently a GoFundMe for the fence repair, and park clean-up parties scheduled for early next month. The Owego Dog Owners Group Facebook group is still the best source of info for when they reopen, and how you can help!
Not as of 8/21/18. The park was flooded last week and there is a cleanup and fence work needed to make sure it is safe for dogs and people. You can stay up to date with their Facebook page, Owego Dog Owners Group.
