My husband and I stayed here last month and again this weekend. This time we stayed in a king suite and the room was so spacious and comfortable. The staff was so friendly. I can’t remember her name but I think it started with a B, she check us in and we were talking about both of us being from the Los Angeles area. She was so sweet. My only complaint is other hotel guest that were at the pool coming through the lobby soaking wet and dripping all over the the floor and elevator and making it dangerous for other guest.

Came Here For My Friends Birthday And Unfortunately The Room We Reserved Was Not Available And That Started A Snowball From Hell For My Friend.. Thank God For Ms. Sylvia That Went Above And Beyond To Help My Friend. So I Am Writing This Review To Thank The Wonderful Staff Here And Especially To Highlight Ms Sylvia For Her God Sent Super Friendliness And Professional Demeanor That Absolutely Is One Of A Kind. I Pray Her Management And Corporate Office Absolutely Regard Her As Management Material And A Total Asset For All IHG PROPERTIES. MAY GOD BLESS MS. SYLVIA FOR HER BIG HEART THAT SHINES ABOVE AND BEYOND IN EVERYTHING SHE DOES AND FOR ALL THE HELP SHE WAS TO MY FRIEND AND I ON OUR VISIT TO MY FRIENDS MOST FAVORITE HOTEL IN THE AREA….. THIS HOLIDAY INN ALSO THANK YOU MS. SABRINA TOO WHO IS A MANAGER THERE, THAT WAS VERY HELPFUL ALSO.

Not the stellar place it was before Covid. No housekeeping, but you can get supplies at the front desk. Restaurant only open a few hours, reduced menu, double prices, paper and plastic only. Kirkland water sold for $2.50 a bottle. Rooms do not have any information in them anymore other than the fire escape map on the door. Towels are worn and shabby. Hot tub walls were dirty. Rates are much higher.

Nice place, good service! A special shout-out to one of their employees, Kadijah, who helped me switch into a room with a bathtub instead of a shower stall after my lower back was hurting from driving for 6 hours non-stop. She was very kind and empathetic, as was their entire staff during my 3-night stay. Clean facilities, great location, pretty good breakfast though it could use more healthy options. Rooms are very comfortable, and you can't hear any outside noise and won't be disrupted by your neighbors. Plus, you can see the ocean from your window! I would definitely stay here again.
