We used West Coast Rental for chairs and tables, for our wedding. They delivered when promised and picked up when expected! Their staff were friendly and helped, while we picked out our colors and needs. They have a few things set up for you to see in their warehouse, and tons of catalogs you can look through. Great experience and would use again!

This was one of the easiest things from 3 states away that I ever did. The staff was knowledgeable & gave good suggestions. They were responsive to all of my questions & concerns. They showed up at my event location on time & were extremely efficient. The tent went up quickly & all of my chairs, tables, even table cloths looked like brand new. The chaffing dishes were clean & in good condition. They came & collected everything just as timely as they dropped it off. In a nutshell, I highly recommend this business for any event you may need to have rental equipment for.

I needed banquet tables for a small garden party. When I arrived at the store to pick up the banquet tables, I asked about renting linens, as I did not want to risk my linens not fitting the tables properly. Knowing that tablecloths have different drop lengths depending on your purpose, I asked for a longer drop length, nearly floor length if possible, because I wanted the banquet table covered as much as possible to enhance the look of the chiavari chairs and china table settings. The specialist was critical of my request without providing any alternatives. After several minutes of answering her questions and being met with "that won't work" type answers, I finally asked her to focus on making recommendations and providing solutions instead of criticizing my ideas and speaking to me in such a condescending tone. Although I was clearly frustrated, I did not cuss, yell, make a scene or indicate in any way that I could not be satisfied – I simply needed to focus on what WAS available and possible. She reacted to this "criticism" by dishonoring my reservation and refusing my business. I traveled about 5 miles to another rental store, Rentalex, where I spent about 3 times as much as my original reservation in tables, linens and supplies with the nicest two guys who helped me very efficiently. I would be very cautious about working with someone who has such a “can’t do” attitude, and with someone who would allow such a petty miscommunication to result in dishonoring a reservation. Event planning is a stressful process and the day before an event is usually filled with a long “to-do” list of preparation. Having to find a new supplier at the last minute is frightening. I cannot imagine what I would have done if this had been a wedding or larger event. I will never work with Taylor Rental again. Although this order was very small, this was my first party rental since moving to new Tampa, and I frequently entertain, and live in a tight knight country club community. Not only will my recommendation be to another party rental company, but I will be sure to warn others about Taylor Rental’s propensity to dishonor reservations without concern for clients and poor customer service.

I believe they do have some small power tools available for anyone to rent. The best thing to do is to call them directly
