The most disorganized and inefficient CVS pharmacy I’ve ever seen. Unprofessional and impolite staff.

Most of the staff here at this store are fine except for one lady in the pharmacy, a blond who is rude and abrasive. The line gets backed up because of her, as she is non-responsive and doesn’t tell customers when their order is ready. Aside from her the other pharmacy staff and the people at the front register are all relatively friendly and efficient, so 5 star for everyone else and 1 star for her.

This location desperately needs to be more updated and renovated. Long lines and slow service. Pharmacy department needs major expansion, always a long line. Store manager Alan is very pleasant and works hard. Pharmacy department needs to hire more workers. Security guard is a great addition.

Overall the CVS store is good except for the pharmacist today I went in to get my flu shot. I told the lady I’m here for the flu shot. Without even asking if I had an appointment yet she has told me that there is no flu shot after 3:00 pm unless you have appointment. Honestly they need to train their employees better. They have poor customer service skills.
