Customer service is terrible!!! Called the store inquiring about passport pictures for my 3 month old son. I was told that they do passport pictures for newborns and that they were closing at 5:00pm. Got there around 4:20pm only to hear that they cannot offer me the service because the person who does pictures only work Monday to Friday. Why wasn’t I told this over the phone? Then she went on to say how can someone tell me that today when they don’t offer photo services on a Sunday. Like that was the reason I called in the first place to know if I should leave my house to come out!!!!!! Sorry to say I will not be going back to this location for any service in the future!! Train your employees better Walgreens!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The pharmacy at this place is GARBAGE! I wish I could give 0 stars! I called this evening to find out status of my prescription. Someone finally picked up after being on hold for 20 minutes, transferred me twice, then put me back on hold for 10 mins. Then disconnected the call! I called back and I have been on hold for 20 mins. Everytime someone picks up they put me back on hold. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE! Walgreens should be ashamed to have their brand associated with such raggedy customer service!

I have been on hold for 15 minutes, they pick up then put you back on hold without ever acknowledging you. This is a tactic to get customers to just hang up.

Very unprofessional pharmacy. Came to get the covid vaccine. The staff members barely acknowledges me just stares at me and continue with what they’re working on in the back does not even tell me how long the wait is. I do not deserve this horrible customer service. If you’re coming for the pharmacy then I do not recommend coming here.
