Very bad education they have. The put on hold y after that hang up the phone. And they don't give options for language in Spanish I was listening all in English. Very sad 😢 many people are in need.

I have been hung up on 3 times when just trying to ask a question. This is completely inappropriate for an office. I run an office, I do not treat my clients like this. This office needs to do better and answer the phone. Don’t like your job, quit and find something you like and let the people that love what they do service the community.

Someone related to that person would have to come down to the center with that person's information to see if you can apply for him or her
Proof of Identity (photo ID, birth certificate, Social Security card) Social Security numbers for all household members Birth certificates for all children in the household Proof of shelter expenses (rent receipt, lease or mortgage) Proof of utility expenses (e.g., National Grid bill) Proof of income (child support letter, SS benefits statement, pay stubs, SSI award letters, etc.) Bank statement(s) Medical bills (if you are disabled and/or senior) Child care expenses Not everyone will need all of these documents, and not all of the listed documents are relevant to all applicants.
I believe you could go on it download the HRA app and act as a proxy but both of you have to be in the same room together.
TALK 2 YOUR CASEWORKER!!!!!!!!!!
Go in person to the HRA center and bring all the documents and see a worker and tell them you need it to be opened in an emergency because he's disabled and has no food and they will open it in about 3 days
