Recently, I visited this center to have AARP do my taxes. While waiting, a lady suggested I go next door to have free coffee and when I did, the time for coffee was over. There were three individuals, one young Hispanic, an older Asian and another older man. This last older man, directed an insult at me, calling me inspector Trudeau, which the other two found comical and began to laugh. I did not reply, instead, I went to the front office and to add more indignation, I found an old angry woman dress in red, who appeared to be bothered at having me at the window. When I explained my reason for being there, she loudly said she didn’t understand or couldn’t hear me. I explained in very clear and slow language why I was there. She then brushed me off telling that the guy who insulted me, was trying to be funny and for me to go away. So much for being understanding, sensitive and kind. I’m going back to the Westminster Center and thanks for nothing.

The AC works great, the facility is set up perfect for the elderly and people with disabilities. They always have different activities offered and lots of resources. The balance and Mobility instructor is very knowledgeable and sweet
