The Ness charges a rolling fee of $23. The agency fees (DOJ, FBI, etc.) are set by the agency and added to the rolling. For instance, Livescans for California lawyers are $72 all in. Walk-ins welcomed.
The cost varies depending on the requesting entity. Our rolling fee is $23 plus whatever the government fees are required based on the Livescan form. We take people on first come-first serve basis and move as quickly as we can. The actual Livescan process with the technician can take approximately ten to fifteen minutes.
