Wow what can I say this place and the owner Jason were amazing to work with, from the time I walked in and met with the receptionist to when I met Jason. This place has great customer service, Jason was very informative and knowledgeable and explained step by step everything that he was going to do with ceramic coating my car and performing the paint correction. Jason went as far as sending me update pictures as he was polishing my car and then when he put the 1st coat of ceramic. He didn't try to over sell me for anything that I didn't need. He had my car ready the next day just as he promised. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family and I will be going back to maintain my cars appearance with him on a regular basis. Thank you again Jason !!!!

The deal on Groupon was worth giving this spot a try. The place is a typical car wash, nothing special there. They have interior and exterior detailing which I haven't tried. So my review is only related to the car wash.

Really bad experience with my car wash. Went there for a full service (gold) option voucher from Infiniti of Englewood. Absolutely sloppy work, only driver side mattress , passenger side and back seat mattress. Water was cleaned properly as well, while driving back, i could see water droplets all over the windshield.. i can probably ignore that, but inside cleaning and overall experience is very bad!!! I could see similar complain from other customers as well. Should have seen the review before :( ---------------- Reply to your response on 3/3/2022 -- so basically you are saying since its a free package (not from you, from infinity of Englewood) , i should not say bad about the service even if its not good.... ? Instead of expecting customer to go through the menus why not telling them beforehand so that they know what services they are getting.. The package voucher i got says "Full Service", which is misleading as well in that case,,, its not really full service at all. and yes, i do write online reviews whether the service is good or bad!! Good Luck

I have family that live close by their facility and as a professional detailer myself I requested them to go see Jason as he's an accredited Gtechniq professional installer such as myself. They were looking to get their vehicle ceramic coated along with some paint correction/polishing. Man did Jason do an amazing job mirroring my own style of work! I have enclosed a picture of their Subaru and just look at that gloss 😍, I highly recommend this company 5 stars all day.
