I used to love this location it’s near by my house but 2 days ago I went to go pick up my coffee that I ordered from my app, for some reason the employee was out of his mind, I asked a simple question and he started cursing at me on front of customers and his manager, I’m surprised that his “MANAGER” didn’t say anything, after few seconds I called her and explain to her what happened, and she didn’t care, she just said I’m sorry. Definitely super unprofessional management and horrible customer services. I’ll email and report this to corporate.
