My experience with management and the leasing team has been wonderful. In particular, Chris has been super amazing to work with. He held my hand throughout the whole leasing process and then he’s been so accommodating with anything I’ve needed. Chris has gone above and beyond for me and I highly recommend working with him. In addition, the staff in this building are really great too, from the front desk attendants to the mail room attendants as well. I’m happily satisfied with my living experience here.

Management is not the problem it’s the tenants under the age of 26 who live here and treat this building like a dorm…beer bottles in hallways, loud music until dusk, smoking cigarettes EVERYWHERE. front desk are actually very professional, Chava especially is very sweet

I subleased an apt here for a few years, the front desk are very nice and professional , especially Hava, Ergus and G man. That being said: 1. Smoking cigarettes is non stop in this “non smoking building “ 2. Hidden fees include: gym fees, pet fees, electric bill is higher here too because you can’t pay directly with con Ed. 3. Safety is a big concern especially after the murder of a girl here this summer (feel free to search online). 4. I miss the previous manager and his team, at least they had the decency to answer emails and follow up on maintenance issues.

I have lived here for a year now, and I like it so much that I'm extending my lease. I love the lobby with its stunning chandelier, designed by Philippe Starck. Building interior decoration overall is beautifully done. Mostly young people living in this building, average age around 30. Lots of cute dogs. I don't see too many families with kids living here. Given the fact that the walls are thin, I hope it stays that way. The gym is decent. Never crowded. Nice, spacious rooftop for tanning or barbecue with friends etcetera. You can also chill inside at the beautiful, nice, quiet study area on same top floor. On site drop off for dry cleaning at the same floor where you pick up your packages. Cleaning service available if needed at reasonable rates. Staff is friendly and usually pretty responsive. The doormen generally call up when I have visitors, which makes me feel safe. The neighborhood is pretty, and not too crowded. Plenty of good restaurants and a few decent bars around. Dog park is super close by. So is the river, perfect for long walks or a run. Also down the street: A ferry point, where you can hop on ferries to just about anywhere (Williamsburg, Dumbo, Rockaway beach, etc) You can get an Uber from 95 Wall Street anytime within an average of 2 minutes. Citi Bike racks are nearby as well, They always have enough bikes to grab and enough slots to put them back. Plenty of subways (2,3,4,5,J,Z) are a short walk away from your doorstep. Enough said!
