I’ve been here for 5 years management and maintenance are horrible the building aren’t kept. Garbage piled up for days and days. Mice, roaches, cockroaches, water bugs. Terrible plumbing elevators don’t work ever other day and the list goes on and on. Look for somewhere else to live or you’ll regret it. I can’t wait to find somewhere else to live!

Yes they do. They accept whatever section 8 guidelines are for the apartment size. In other words they come down to section 8 price for the apartment.

Two/Three bedroom apartments are harder to acquire which is why the long wait
I tknink so. What you have to lose. Most likely they'll ask for a bank statement.
If you have over $5000 in active collections that you aren't paying off then they won't accept you. But if you're making payments on your debt then you have a chance. They don't really look at your credit score.
