Service department was great! Armen took care of us from the very beginning, was able to get us a rent a car for two weeks while our car was stored at their lot waiting for a part to arrive. Got our car back in a timely manner and made sure everything was running smooth for us. Armen and Paul are great and the only reason we always bring our cars to them for service. Won’t hesitate when it comes to getting our Mitsubishi fixed and properly serviced.

I bought a used 2017 Jeep Cherokee from Universal Mitsubishi in 2020 and have been taking it there to get it’s regular services. Everyone is so welcoming and ready to assist as soon as you walk in. Paul (in service department) has excellent communication skills. I really appreciated his regular calls on any updates for the status of my vehicle. Turned out I needed a new transmission and thankfully had the extend warranty! Paul went above and beyond to get my vehicle back into tip top shape. I’m back on the road happy and secure! Thank you :)
