You can't get help from Blackfoot. They give you the run around. So primitive and they have such bad internet service and they don't care about your problems with "THEIR" internet service!

I am so impressed with Blackfoot Communications. We were moving our phones and internet over to a new office location and they not only held true to my timeline but they beat it! The city permit system had us worried but their outstanding crew took charge and got the job done with a week to spare. Couldn't be happier that we chose them as our ISP and phone provider. Nothing but outstanding work from the sales guy, Jared, to Hanna and Brenda in Implementations. Top notch communication and work from start to finish.
