SMS is a great company to work for especially if you like working with disabled children and adults. The pay is okay, however, the overtime makes up the difference. With the right team members, SMS can honestly be on the level of Metro... So, my fellow people, that are thinking to apply, SMS is a cool company to join.

Trying to apply for job website not up to date I was told you can't apply from phone . No update your website get rid of encryption so people can apply for employment . just seems like a bunch of lazy people working for this company . Also if you're going too answer phone's don't sound like you've just been woken up by a phone call. SAD .

It's easygoing and not as stressful as most transportation jobs. The pay isn't the best but at least I have piece of mind.
